At the that moment when I turn to face my groom, my facial profile and loss of a defined chinline will become very apparent. Short of plastic surgery before my wedding, is there anything I can do to minimize this flaw? Is there a neckline which might actually hold neck tissue up a bit?

You sound like me. I am 61 and I too have a great figure-very active. Thinking about ivory or champagne colors. I am blondish brown- not sure. I like halter neck, and off the shoulder long style. What are you thinking?
